INSURANCE, GUARANTEES
The Globe-Shield Kft. carries out its activities under full liability insurance, which covers the transportation of money and valuables, damages that may occur during the protection of objects, as well as damages resulting from failures in technical systems. We have a liability coverage of HUF 50 million, i.e. fifty million, which we can extend at any time in case of a special customer request.
TRAINING, SELECTION
Our company regulates the editing, control, licensing and use of the company’s educational plan, the collection of training needs, and the registration of training and qualifications through the training procedure in accordance with Act CXXXIII of 2005 and Decree 24/1998 (VI.9) BM.
The purpose of the operation of the training system is to provide the management with information on the current state of the skills and knowledge of the personnel. It can assess the educational needs from the employees, compare them with the educational opportunities and the requirements set by the tasks, it can plan the annual trainings and their cost implications in advance.
The forms of education and training at Globe-Shield Kft. are the following:
– introductory training for new employees,
– half-yearly central training courses,
– daily professional preparation,
– case-by-case training
The company has a standardized selection and recruitment system. The goal of the multi-stage screening process is to ensure that colleagues are reliable and have adequate professional competence. Prospective employees will participate in personal interviews, medical and psychological aptitude tests.
CONTROL SYSTEMS
The basic element of quality service is regular control and monitoring. The purpose of these procedural instructions is to regulate the manner and methods of control of the private security activities related to the orders by our company by designated responsible persons.
The private security company, Globe-Shield Kft. is on duty 24 hours a day, which receives all incoming calls, notifications and forwards the information to the appropriate persons.
EQUIPMENT OF OUR STAFF
The colleagues in service of Globe-Shield Kft. work in uniforms appropriate to the season and the workplace. Staff in service can appear in three different styles of clothing, which are the following: standard clothing, field clothing, and casual uniform.

– rubber truncheon
– flashlight
– service documents
Additional equipment
– walky-talky device – mobile phone
– patrol dog
