Only Hungarian companies and individuals participated in the founding of our company in 2015, building on the many years of high-level professional experience of our senior staff and their achievements in this economic sector, which were achieved as the leaders of the most significant Hungarian and foreign security companies in the industry.
The Company operates exclusively as a Hungarian-owned business organisation.
Our company operates in the field of protection of persons and property, selling its own security services.
The financial position of Globe-Shield Kft. is balanced, we have no liquidity problems. Since our founding, we have no outstanding public debt or overdue supplier debt.
When the Company was founded, it was registered with its headquarters in Komárom, but we relocated our head office to Budapest.
Our business strategy is based on building long-term business relationships and complexity. We wish to see as many satisfied customers as possible among our contracted partners. By complexity, we mean that we are ready to serve the interests of our Clients in all areas with the help of our partners and subcontractors.

SYSTEM OF ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF OUR SERVICES
The leaders of our Company are well-trained, excellent professionals with advanced professional experience, which they have acquired over several years, mainly in practice. As a result, we carry out our activities in a strictly hierarchical system, topped by a Managing Director, under whose direct authority the appointed leaders of the various areas work. Our independent organizational unit performs internal control, building cleaning and courtyard activities, as well as the installation of intrusion, fire and smoke alarm equipment. The leaders of these three separate organizational units hold a leading position in Hungary representing separately these economic branches.

The Globe-Shield Kft. carries out its activities under full liability insurance, which covers the transportation of money and valuables, damages that may occur during the protection of objects, as well as damages resulting from failures in technical systems.
TRAINING, SELECTION
Our company regulates the editing, control, licensing and use of the company’s educational plan, the collection of training needs, and the registration of training and qualifications through the training procedure.
CONTROL SYSTEMS
The basic element of quality service is regular control and monitoring. The purpose of these procedural instructions is to regulate the manner and methods of control of the private security activities related to the orders by our company by designated responsible persons.
EQUIPMENT OF OUR STAFF
The colleagues in service of Globe-Shield Kft. work in uniforms appropriate to the season and the workplace. Staff in service can appear in three different styles of clothing, which are the following: standard clothing, field clothing, and casual uniform.
